Kara works with the Investments team to source, evaluate and underwrite real estate acquisitions and development opportunities on the West Coast.
Prior to joining Longfellow, Kara served as Senior Associate in the San Diego office of real estate capital markets intermediary HFF where she was responsible for over $2.2 billion of life science, office and industrial investment sales and over $1.0 billion of debt placements.
