Hai Blankinship
Hai manages the daily operations of Longfellow’s San Diego portfolio. Her responsibilities include day-to-day operations of the properties across various sectors such as leasing, construction, preparation of annual operating and capital budgets, financial reporting, and tenant relations.
Hai brings with her over 15 years of commercial real estate and asset management experience for institutional and forward-thinking companies. Prior to joining Longfellow, Hai held positions with the following organizations: Arden Realty, a GE Real Estate Company, Equity Office and Locale Advisors.
