Longfellow’s Newcastle property is the perfect location for Smart Wires to establish a site featuring high-end offices and an advanced dry lab. As a real estate developer and property manager, Longfellow was the ideal collaborator to help our company build a headquarters where innovative, modular and quickly deployable solutions for our customers are generated in a genuine R&D space. The onsite dry lab needs were specific, where prototyping, training, high current testing and warehousing were needed under one roof.
