Jill Ratke serves as Partner, Asset Services for Longfellow Real Estate Partners, the largest privately held investor and developer of life science buildings. In this role, she is responsible for the asset and portfolio management teams, including the development and execution of operational and capital business plans for each property along with her oversight of Longfellow’s Boston and Cambridge offices. Jill also oversees the property management team and ElevateTM platform, the firm’s proprietary hospitality programming that serves each campus.

An active member of the professional community, Jill is a member of CHIEF Boston, the membership network focused on connecting and supporting women executive leaders, and is an Advisor to the University of Vermont Grossman School of Business’s Women in Leadership Program.

Prior to joining Longfellow, Jill held positions with the following organizations: Federal Realty Investment Trust, Clark Nexsen Architecture and Engineering, and Robert A.M. Stern Architects.

Jill obtained her MBA from The Wharton School in conjunction with a Master of Architecture from the University of Pennsylvania, School of Design. She also holds a BA in Architecture and Spanish from Lehigh University.

Outside of work Jill enjoys running and spending time with her three young children.
