We strive to inspire passionate engagement through the celebration of diverse perspectives.
Advance is Longfellow’s internal diversity, equity, and inclusion steering committee whose mission is to highlight and empower marginalized and underrepresented groups in a professional and collaborative setting.
Our Projects
Events & Celebrations
The Advance committee hosts events and celebrations to highlight the importance of diversity in several ways, including educational luncheons and workshops, cultural celebrations, and interactive activities across all Longfellow offices.
Community Outreach & Engagement
Advance focuses on local outreach by partnering with cultural and community organizations, supporting minority-owned businesses, providing volunteer initiatives that support underrepresented groups, and media relations that highlight the stories, achievements, and contributions of diverse individuals in our markets.
Internships
Through our collaborative internship program, Longfellow provides students from underrepresented groups the opportunity to gain meaningful work experience and professional development with the help of mentors from different verticals in our organization.
