Our Story

Adam Sichol

Adam Sichol is the CEO and Co-Founder of Longfellow Real Estate Partners, the largest privately owned investment managers and operators of life science real estate. Adam is responsible for directing Longfellow’s overall strategic direction, its continued portfolio expansion, and relationships with investors.

Since co-founding Longfellow in 2009, the company has grown through the execution of value-add and development projects totaling more than 16 million square feet for institutional and commercial tenants. Longfellow has invested more than $10billion on behalf of institutional investors including large sovereign wealth funds, pension funds, university endowments and private equity investors. Adam is actively involved in strategies that target occupiers across the full life science ecosystem, including newly formed VC portfolio companies, small-and-mid cap biotech companies, large pharmaceutical companies, and academic institutions. Adam is a member of Longfellow’s investment committee.

Prior to forming Longfellow, Adam started his life science real estate career with Lyme Properties, a pioneer in the industry, who led the transformation of Kendall Square into a global life science hub.

Adam received his MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and an AB from Hamilton College where he was a member of the men’s varsity golf team. Adam speaks at various industry events related to science and technology real estate projects.

Outside of Longfellow, Adam enjoys spending time with his wife Lowey and three children; playing golf, hiking, and traveling with his family.

Jamison Peschel

Jamie is the Co-Founder and Senior Partner for Longfellow Real Estate Partners, the largest privately owned investment manager and operator of life science real estate. In this role, Jamie is responsible for oversight of the firm’s investments team, strategy, investment management, fundraising, and investor relations.

Since co-founding Longfellow in 2009, the company has grown through the execution of value-add and development projects totaling more than 16 million square feet for institutional and commercial tenants. Longfellow has invested more than $10 billion on behalf of institutional investors including large sovereign wealth funds, pension funds, university endowments and private equity investors.  In addition, Jamie is actively focused on Longfellow’s investments and the formation and structuring of its investment vehicles. Jamie is a member of Longfellow’s Investment Committee.

Prior to co-founding Longfellow, Jamie held positions with RREEF Global Opportunity Funds and Accenture Strategy Practice. Jamie received his MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and an AB from Dartmouth College.

Jamie is a full member of the Urban Land Institute and is a member of the ULI Boston Advisory Board, where he is leading the development of new DEI initiatives.

Jamie enjoys spending time with his wife Courtney and three children, reading, and being outdoors.  He is an avid skier, mountain biker, and golfer.

Jessica Brock

Jessica oversees all Real Estate Operations for Longfellow Real Estate Partners, the largest privately held investor and developer of life science buildings with a portfolio that spans key bio-innovation clusters throughout the United States and United Kingdom. Jessica collaborates on establishing Longfellow’s strategic direction, identifying acquisition opportunities, and negotiating and structuring transactions across Longfellow’s portfolio. This includes building long-term relationships with research-centric organizations. Jessica also serves on Longfellow’s investment committee.

Prior to joining Longfellow, Jessica held positions with the following organizations: Spectrum Properties and Weyerhaeuser.

Jessica received her BS from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill. In addition, Jessica serves on the executive committee of the Triangle YMCA board where she is the chair of the Durham campaign, is the immediate past chair of Downtown Durham, Inc., and serves on the UNC real estate advisory board.

Jill Ratke

Jill Ratke serves as Partner, Asset Services for Longfellow Real Estate Partners, the largest privately held investor and developer of life science buildings. In this role, she is responsible for the asset and portfolio management teams, including the development and execution of operational and capital business plans for each property along with her oversight of Longfellow’s Boston and Cambridge offices. Jill also oversees the property management team and Elevate^TM platform, the firm’s proprietary hospitality programming that serves each campus.

An active member of the professional community, Jill is a member of CHIEF Boston, the membership network focused on connecting and supporting women executive leaders, and is an Advisor to the University of Vermont Grossman School of Business’s Women in Leadership Program.

Prior to joining Longfellow, Jill held positions with the following organizations: Federal Realty Investment Trust, Clark Nexsen Architecture and Engineering, and Robert A.M. Stern Architects.

Jill obtained her MBA from The Wharton School in conjunction with a Master of Architecture from the University of Pennsylvania, School of Design. She also holds a BA in Architecture and Spanish from Lehigh University.

Outside of work Jill enjoys running and spending time with her three young children.

Joe Van Saun

Nick Frasco

Nick Frasco is responsible for strategic growth and operations in the Western United States including oversight of acquisitions, development, asset management, design and construction, property management, and leasing.

Prior to joining Longfellow, Nick served as Senior Director in the San Diego office of real estate capital markets intermediary HFF where he was responsible for over $2 billion of life science, office, and industrial investment sales.

He is a 2007 graduate of the University of Southern California, Marshall School of Business, BSBA Real Estate Development and received his Certificate in Real Estate Finance, Investments, and Development from the University of San Diego in 2012.

Neill Sherron

Neill serves as Partner, Portfolio Leasing for Longfellow Real Estate Partners, the largest privately held investor and developer of life science buildings with a portfolio that spans key bio-innovation clusters throughout the United States and United Kingdom. In this role, Neill oversees the leasing teams and activities for Longfellow’s growing international portfolio.  He works closely across Longfellow’s verticals, with an emphasis on asset management and acquisitions teams and is responsible for developing and implementing leasing strategies to optimize asset performance.

Prior to joining Longfellow, Neill held positions with Spectrum Properties and Farmland Allocation Resource Management.
