Mark DiNapoli

Mark oversees and directs the Design & Construction group for Longfellow’s international portfolio. He is responsible for project development, planning, design and delivery including all construction activities over the investment lifecycle for ground-up development, adaptive reuse, facility repositioning and campus amenities. Prior to the joining Longfellow in 2019, Mark had a 30-year career with one of the leading national contractors, serving in numerous operational and executive leadership roles Nationally.

Mark’s background and expertise includes investment evaluation and due diligence, predevelopment management, project planning and design, and construction and project delivery. He has a well-established track record of building multiple businesses, high-performing teams and successfully delivering projects across the US.
