Project Overview
CambridgePark Drive delivered a modern tech and life sciences campus to North Cambridge for just that purpose – to build a community around innovation in a place where new ideas converge.
The development is an amenity-rich destination, complete with proper Cambridge cache. Located at the intersection of Route 2 and Alewife Brook Parkway, CPD is a commercial center offering easy access to transit with the MBTA Alewife Station, commuter rail, and bus stations nearby. Alongside brisk agencies and firms, with visionary landscaping and obsession over detail, over eleven thousand residents call the tree-lined drive their home.
Longfellow also implemented Elevate, the firm’s proprietary amenity platform. Our team created modern, functional workspaces and enhance them with exclusive, thoughtful amenities.
