1030 Mass Ave

Project Overview
Longfellow is the most experienced developer of lab conversions in the US, having delivered approx 7 million square feet. Lab conversions are complicated in nature and experience is critical in getting the design and execution right.
Below are examples of two such lab conversion projects, with the SOVA Science District also acting as a good example of Longfellow’s experience in delivering fitted lab space catering to early-stage and growing companies. Longfellow is anticipating delivering approx. 1 million square feet of fitted labs in the 2021-22 period.
Longfellow purchased 1030 Mass Ave. in 2010 and commenced redevelopment from its existing office use to labs and associated amenity, resulting in replacement and upgrade of all base building mechanical systems in preparation for occupancy by leading biotechnology companies
