Triangle LIFE
Triangle LIFE is an 806,000 square foot, 11 building innovation campus, located adjacent to the Research Triangle Park with direct access to I-540, I-40, NC-147 and the Triangle Expressway. Triangle LIFE is home to 30 leading research and technology companies, including: Metabolon, Sensus, Liquidia Technologies and Lonza Pharmaceuticals.
In addition to providing Class A life sciences and creative technology and office space to RTP, Longfellow offers its proprietary tenant amenities and services program, Elevate. The Hue is a 7,000 square foot intentionally designed amenity center in the center of campus, with a coffee bar, lounge, multipurpose space, conference rooms, fitness center and studio.
