Lauren Ballou

Lauren leads Longfellow’s Responsible Investing Strategy, supporting the firm’s commitment to investing responsibly. She works collaboratively across all departments to integrate environmental, social, and governance priorities within decision-making, advance sustainable building design and operation, and track and report progress. Before Longfellow, Lauren spent 8 years in consulting where she worked alongside clients to develop strategic, stakeholder-driven sustainability plans and programs. Lauren is an active member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) Boston/New England and the ULI Greenprint Community of Practice.
