About Durham ID Master Plan

Developed by Longfellow Real Estate Partners, in collaboration with Duke University and Measurement Incorporated, Durham ID is the Research Triangle’s newest downtown address for innovation. Durham ID is a 1.7 million sf mixed-use development combining historic buildings with new lab, office, residential and retail spaces. Today, the Durham ID is home to Duke tenants such as Duke Clinical Research Institute (DCRI), Duke Molecular Physiology Institute, Sarah W. Stedman Nutrition and Metabolism Center, and Duke Innovation & Entrepreneurship Initiative, and private companies such as Nutanix, Method Saavy, Measurement Inc. and NC Biolabs (a co-working lab for science startups).

The 200 and 300 Morris buildings were completed in 2018, delivering over 350,000 RSF of space to Downtown Durham.  Notable tenants such as Duke Clinical Research Institute (DCRI), Kimley-Horn, Spreedly, Cherry Bekaert LLP and WeWork now call Durham ID home, with additional tenants being announced soon.
