Cambridgepark Drive is currently undergoing a $12 million renovation slated for completion in December 2021. Capital upgrades include extensive landscaping improvements throughout the 5 acre campus, a new flexible conference center, and updated fitness and locker facilities with state-of-the-art equipment and spa-like finishes. Longfellow is bringing a specially curated art program to CPD with mural installations by local artists throughout the campus.

Opening in summer 2022, Mothership will offer CPD tenants and local residents a seasonal menu and  drinks, the perfect place for casual meetings, business lunches and happy hours with colleagues.
