Project Overview
Longfellow purchased 1030 Mass Ave. in 2010 and commenced redevelopment from its existing office use to labs and associated amenity, resulting in replacement and upgrade of all base building mechanical systems in preparation for occupancy by leading biotechnology companies.
The team also created shared services: Standby Power, HVAC, pH Neutralization (including waste water permit), Generator, Compressed Air, RO Water, Vaccuum.

Converted a furniture store to a popular spin studio.
