Position Background:

We are seeking to hire a motivated associate with experience in the commercial real estate
industry to function as a Sr. Associate, Marketing for Longfellow’s Northeast portfolio totaling
approximately 800,000 SF, and to focus on the company’s expansion into the UK market. This
position will be based in Boston, MA and report directly to the Sr. Manager, Marketing, who is
based in Durham, NC. The ideal candidate must have excellent Adobe Creative Suite
(InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) skills, 5+ years of marketing experience in the real estate
industry, have a proven track record of growing and developing team members, and experience
in strategic planning, public relations, and branding/identity. Light travel and a desire to learn
multiple markets will be required. Candidate must demonstrate great leadership and team
development skills, thorough attention to detail, and the highest level of integrity.

This is a dynamic role that will work closely on a daily basis with the firm’s leasing, asset management, property management, and Elevate (Longfellow’s proprietary tenant experience and hospitality program) teams. The position provides exposure to a full spectrum of duties within a fast-growing real estate investment, development and management firm. As such, the position demands a dedicated individual with the ability to prioritize, multi-task, work independently and solve problems.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the Northeast marketing program for LFREP projects (currently located in
Cambridge, MA and Long Island City, NY) including branding/identity, marketing
campaigns, collateral, events, advertising, sponsorships, property websites;
• Assist in the creation of new brands as LFREP acquires new projects in the NE market;
• Create flyers, brochures, e-blasts, advertisements (print and digital), videos, websites,
events and presentations to support marketing and leasing initiatives and that adhere to
project branding/identity guidelines across the NE portfolio;
• Ensure properties and vacant spaces are “show ready” and adhere to LFREP standards at
all times;
• Ensure NE project websites/pages are current;
• Effectively coordinate with LFREP’s third-party leasing teams on property initiatives;
• Ensure CoStar is current and accurate at all times;
• Support the marketing, brand management, collateral production and execution of events
related to Elevate, LFREP’s proprietary tenant programs and experience platform, across
the NE portfolio;
• Work with Longfellow’s Corporate Communications team in helping identify PR,
sponsorship, and social media opportunities;
• Generate ideas and execute promotional events, activities and swag and organize them
effectively and in-line with brand identity standards;
• Assist Property Management teams with tenant communications as needed;
• Assist in the execution of LFREP’s mural program in the NE market;
• Assist on various ad hoc projects that arise;

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s College Degree
